Flynn removed his plea and the Judge decided to delay the sentencing indefinitely due to new evidence coming forward.

I disagree with that, and this is a political judgment if anything. The incoming administration should have the power, because what if the Obama Administration started a war during the transition period? Then Trump would have to inherit that war? That's not fair. If elections elect an administration, we expect that government to...well, govern.

To me, the transition team should have the same legal authority and status as the prior government.

Where is the quote of the agent? I know republicans mischaracterized what comey or McCabe said. That’s why you keep repeating the lie.

They know he lied, they had the transcript. They simply said he was good at lying.

There's nothing Flynn did in having that conversation with Kiysek that endangered US National security. In fact, it enhanced it.

It wasn’t an airtight case. The Grand Jury—months ago—decided McCabe wasn’t a ham sandwich. That was how weak their case was and the elapsed time since the decision is a window into how badly they’re going to get hammered on the backend.

This was trumped up, didn’t follow precedent, and the surprise at the end is we, the tax payer, are going to pay a hefty settlement to McCabe for the wimps in the DOJ kissing the rear of our incompetent authoritarian, Trump.
