So your argument is that the Democrats intentionally torpedoed the economy because that would create more people on welfare and they figured that with a really bad economy more people would vote for them?

That's just the kind of logic I expect from conservatives, especially one who tells us how "lucky" Obama was to inherit the worst recession in 80 years.

I see, and now you're claiming there really was no Great Recession, that it was just "they" telling us to be scared. Along with Obama being "lucky" he inherited the worst recession in 80 years and Democrats torpedoing the economy because they figured that would help them win voters.

All without a shred of evidence or support.

Thank you. You help me understand why so many conservatives think the way they do.

    And that is the reality.

BTW...The POS is proliferating the poisoning of the planet with deregulation in exchange for his kickbacks. His dimwitted corrupt so called education secretary Betsy DeVos proposes cuts to loan forgiveness for defrauded students and how's that fabulous Trumpcare health insurance working out for everyone?

Far more Americans starting working under Obama, 401ks went up a lot more under Obama, and the stock market went up a lot more under Obama.

Are you trying to make some point?

What you were told is that 4.1% growth or even 3% growth isn't sustainable. Big difference. Economists agree that the tax cut will boost growth in the short term due to this extra money for businesses flooding in, but once that has all stabilized they are projecting lower growth in 2018 and 2019.

The stock market has gone up more with Trump than with Robotard. You just stated in a comment just a bit back how many jobs were lost under Obozo.

Nope, as history shows us, they created a "Housing" problem that couldn't be reversed, so being Democrats and "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste" they simply ran with it and choose a punk ass no nothing senator with the perfect attributes to be voted in to office and went with it! What do they care, wasn't their money, homes, jobs and savings!

Where was the downside, 11 million out of work, good PR blaming Repubs and millions of new dependents that needed subsidies that the leftist always promise and run on..

Freebies just for voting to stay in poverty, yaaaaaay :)

So I don't see the down side? Did you really expect it to continue at a feverish pace to what end, 6-9-10-20% economic growth?

I think realistic thought should be incorporated at some point!

Where did you learn that? That isn't even close to being accurate. Not even in the ballpark. Is that what your RW propaganda sources tell you? I mean, you are so far wrong I can't even believe that Sean or Rush would tell you something like that.

The Dow was about 8000 when Obama took office and about 19,800 when he left. A 147.8% increase.

Since donald the big dump took office, it has risen to about 25,450 today. A 28.5% increase.

You're about as wrong as you could be.

Where did I state that? Yeah the economy was losing millions of jobs when he took office, but by the time he left millions more jobs were created.

And how is that you not arguing that the Dems torpedoed the economy because they figured that would help them win voters like I said?

And you don't see the challenge :) Mr. Obatard takes office with a tanked market of 8k, it rebounds and grows to 19.8k and along comes Trump and take Mr. Obatards record and adds another 28.5% to it :)

    Winner, TRUMP!

Right, and Obama was so lucky to be able to inherit the worst recession in 80 years, because then the Democrats would torpedo the economy because that is the way to win voters, and beside the Great Recession never happened "they" just scared us.

Thank you for explaining conservative logic so succinctly.

LOL, donald the big dump's 28.5% stock market gain makes him the "winner" over Obama's 148%.

Just the sort of thing I expect to here from a guy who argues that Obama was so lucky to be able to inherit the worst recession in 80 years, because then the Democrats would torpedo the economy because that is the way to win voters, and beside the Great Recession never happened "they" just scared us.

Thanks for educating us on conservative "thought."
