Should border protection resort to lethal measures?

This is not a new phenomena. Pro lifers also tend to be the largest supporters of the death penalty. Its a very weird position.

 

Its also turns out it's fake in many cases, because now that Trump declared he is cool with abortion up to 15 weeks, it suddenly doesn't matter anymore.

 

I know they do, that's why I asked the question. Do you have a different opinion on this question regarding (alleged) illegal immigrants and to (alleged) criminals in general? I'm not sure what the moral argument is to differentiate. I'm not even sure the practical arguments are as clear cut as some would like to believe.

 

I think they could shoot in response to shots from the other side, otherwise no. They just need catch all they can and send them back over the borders with instructions on where to find a port of entry.

 

In terms of pure morality there really isnt.

But we also tent to break thinga up into "us and them" and many people would find it easier to shoot an illegal foreigner trespassing than an american citizen who is say, raping another person.
