Should Trump Arrest Journalists?

You can't shut down printing presses or cut the power to transmitting antennae in the USA, but you can criticize the Hell out of journos, and that is fine and fine can be, protected speech, exactly as it was designed to be.

Half the country criticizes the Hell out of journos every day.

You can't arrest journos for lying either. Most of them do that all the day long.

 

Trump should not arrest journalists.

However, he really should do something about the NDAA authorizing (since 2012) the use of "the integrated employment of electronic warfare (EW), computer network operations (CNO), psychological operations (PSYOP), military deception (MILDEC), and operations security (OPSEC), in concert with specified supporting and related capabilities, to influence, disrupt, corrupt or usurp adversarial human and automated decision making" (which is a really longwinded way of saying 'propaganda') against the American public.
