That was not true. The litigation over this election is ongoing.

IMO, The SCOTUS will find that the election was rigged because the fraud is now so obvious.

But if you think I will shed any tears over a SCOTUS rubber stamp of this rigged elections you are not reading my posts very carefully.

SO FAR, every case has been thrown out due to lack of evidence. If you have some, you should share it. Trump is desperately seeking proof.

 

Even that is not true. Litigation is ongoing. For instance, a motion to dismiss will be argued in PA today.

 

Hence why SO FAR, applies.

In fact, there are many cases before judges right now that have not been dismissed.
