If We The People can get the Most Anti-Business President in History out of office......America's Small Businesses will begin to grow, hire, and expand again.

Akin to Frank Duffy.....I will also be looking to hire and expand if Romney wins. Although you Unemployed Liberal slobs shouldnt get your hopes up.....as I stopped hiring Democrat Voters long ago.

Having an anti-growth President and Administration has put a very bad feeling in the stomachs of small business owners. Newt Gingrich was right, the economic recovery would begin when Obama is elected out of office. For American workers, let's hope that happens tomorrow.

I am far from an Obama supporter but a Real Estate broker "hiring" people; come on?

Agents work on straight commission and pay the broker for operating under his license. It is not uncommon for agents to bear all advertising, MLS, communications costs etc.

Other shops work differently and the ones with working capital or credit will fund advertising and deduct it as part of their take on the commission.

Anyway, to the point of the article; I do agree and understand. If Romney does win you will see business and housing respond in a positive fashion. Obama scares the heck out of productive people.

Who can blame business owners for stashing cash and postponing any expansion plans, given Obama's anti-business posture, flat out attacks on business owners, and his deep desire to control them?

Thank you for giving us direct evidence that the recession and unemployment rate have nothing to do with the President's policies and that they are instead being held down artificially just so that he looks bad.

Right, because business owners are not motivated by the desire to grow their business as much as they are getting Obama out of office. Maybe small business owners are racist?

Left-wing MSNBC talking points from Questerr aside, business owners expand when they are confident that such an expansion will allow for greater profits in the future. Thanks to Obamanomics, business owners feel attacked by Government and consumers are permanently repressed. Not a good combination for business expansion.

It has everything to do with the President's Policies.....as well as the Anti-American Business Policies of Democrats in the Congress and in governments at the state and municipal levels.

American Business Owners are terrified of The Kenyan Tyrant......everyday its a question of what The Community Organizer, who never ran so much as a lemonade stand.....is going to do next.

I have never seen so much fear and uncertainty in the business world.....President Mitt Romney is going to cure that....

they are so full of it, they are not gonna hire unless they need to hire, saying they will only hire if Romney wins just means they are republicans that like to lie imo

or maybe their statements were not meant to be taken as factual statements....

And what do you believe constitutes a "Need to Hire"?

Hiring takes place when and where business owners say so....

....and Im only going to expand if The Kenyan Tyrant is ousted.....

Romney is going to win, IMHO, but the unemployment will still remain the same. There is no motivation to hire Americans, and by motivation I mean "NO NEED" to hire Americans, NONE. It costs too much. Profits remain high because Americans have been replaced by $2.50 a day communist dictators slave labor forces. More jobs will continue to retreat, and whatever jobs that will be created will be low paying part time service jobs so insurance/benefits, and pay raises become a thing of the past. Nothing will change, and Romney will immediately start blaming Obama (I'll give him til the end of Feb) as Obama has done with Bush for the past few years.

You would have a point if the guy in the OP said that he would begin hiring if Obama's policies were changed but that's not what he said. He said the only thing that had to change was the president. That means that even if Romney doesn't or can't change the policies on day one, this guy is saying he will still hire.

That shows that the policies aren't preventing this guy from expanding or hiring. He is artificially keeping the unemployment rate up and the economy down just to make the President look bad.

The guy in the OP said NOTHING about waiting for Obama's policies to be changed.

Obama has American Business Owners scared sh'tless....granted what Obama has done over the last 4 years is (*)(*)(*)(*)ing enough.....but its the fear of what The Kenyan Tyrant would do in a no holds barred second term of Tyranny that adds a great deal of worry.

I wonder if the owner works 24 hours a day since he has SO MUCH business and needs employees but refuses to hire unless Romney wins....

Obama's existing policies are just one issue that is preventing small businesses to resume hiring. Of course Obamacare is a job killer. No one knows the final costs of hiring with the new health care law, and buying anything without knowing what the cost will be is just plain foolish. It is too expensive to train someone, just to lay them off when Obamacare may make hiring economical suicide.

The problem is what will happen when Obama no longer is constrained by re-election and is therefore, in his own words, more flexible? He has already shown himself to be the most anti-business President since FDR. What happens next? That part is easy, businesses continue their hiring and capital strike for four more years.

If the left doesn't like that reality, stop electing radicals.

Yep, small business owners are scared of Obama's 2nd term. They don't know what Obama will do when he no longer has the threat of being voted out to worry about. We'll see the real Obama in his second term. He won't have total control of Congress like he did in the first half of his first term, but he'll be even more aggressive in his attempts to circumvent Congress and do whatever he wants. He knows he'll be able to get away with it, with his army of left-wing drones and the media on his side.

We work longer, don't take vacations, work harder, and smarter. If Obama wins re-election, there will be less business, fewer customers with less money, and more unemployment, so don't worry. We will get some time off in the upcoming recession.

The guy said he would hire if there was a "President-elect" Romney.

When was the last time a President-elect had the power to change policies.

And if Romney doesn't or can't change Obama's policies on day one, will they still be "scared (*)(*)(*)(*)less" and unwilling to hire?
