    No it t'aint.At least that's what the fellars down to the general Store think.
    That them Fortune Cookies are a cut & paste job.
    Some Chinaman actually stuffs them in the back of the restaurant while
    listening to patrons talk while dining.

    The problem I have with Mexican food is this.,Look at most female Mexican
    cooks.They are blimps.It's the food they prepare.A lot of greasy fat like ground
    beef and cheap fatty cheese and lots of flour/corn stuff like Tortilla.
    Granted it tastes good.But so do plain old hot dogs.You don't wanna eat hot dogs
    every day. You'll turn into Hardy of Laurel & Hardy and have bouts of Gout.

    Well, Mexican food is best when the cook is up to his/her elbows in sweat and grease like the guy in the local taco truck. Two warmed tortillas, piles of Asada, cilantro, onions...and HOT sauce all slapped on a cheap paper plate. It's one of my main food groups.

    They work in most of the Chinese restaurant kitchens too, its cheaper than bringing Chinese cooks here. I didn't know it until one told me

    You would never guess but Food trucks are actually cleaner to eat at than brick and mortar restaurants, I never got sick from eating at one it is probably because they have lower overhead so the cleaning is easier and cheaper.

    Hiya Daise! Good to see ya! Roach coaches are those catering trucks that pull up and open 3 sides of the truck to sell their stuff. Food trucks are usually big ole rolling restaurants that sell cooked foods at outrageous prices! The tex mex truck was called Rock and Roll Tacos. Yeah, for five bucks, my taco better dance ! ;)

    Do you mean those Chuck Wagon trucks.The ones that go around to business'
    in the morning and at lunch with their John Conti " fresh Brewed coffee " and like
    plastic wrapped subs that can be warmed-up.
    That is basically the same as like most today's convenient stores.
    That stuff isn't straight off the grill like at McD's.
    You apparently are into Micro-waving meals.
    Those micro-ready meals that fills the shelves at Wal*mart will catch up
    with yuz.It may look yummy on the box,but it's got like plastic stuff inside.
    You'll know if the food you eat is healthy.
    Your Poops will decide that.
    Like the really neato movie starring Anthony Hopkins as Dr.Kellogg :
    - The Road to Wellville - { 1994 }.
    I highly recommend it.It was a fantastic movie { period piece } and funny
    as hell.Interwoven with real facts and urban legend.Outstanding performances.
    Good luck finding a copy ... however.
