Looking back on Tuesday's show it was a stroke of genius for Radio's
most popular talk radio format.Rush Limbaugh spent 2 segments
talking about, and explaining the outrageous demonstration by Liberals
at Paul Wellstone's memorial service. It ended up being a Very Politcal
pep Rally. It was at this event that Al Franken was so moved he started
thinking of a run for the Senate.
It turned into a huge Rallying cry not for the tragic loss of
Paul Wellstone, but for making sure to Win Elections. With shouts
by even his son as featured speaker of " We will Win ... { repeatedly }.
Shouting and shaking his fist as if at Hitler Munich Rally with
    Storm Troopers nearby.
That is what these snot-nosed bratty kids are being encouraged to
do.Run around and shout at people and name-call in the form of
some New Battle cry.An Extension of both - Occupy Wall Street -
    and - BlackLivesMatter -.
The only thing missing is brick throwing.Like Kent State.

I am experimenting with frozen tilapia filets to see how little oil it takes to crisp up each side without burning them up. Butter lemon and garlic at the end.
Worked well with just a tablespoon of light OO - most of it evaporated before I added the butter. Will try it with a tsp soon. It is more like pan searing a steak than frying.

The consensus review here is that the crisp caramelized fish protein is tastier than fried batter.

All baby mammals are cute. Birds? Not so much.
When I was a kid you could go diving at night with lights and get all the lobster you could legally take. And you wouldn't just take what you found; it was like shopping in the grocery store. They were everywhere and you would swim over them and select the one you wanted. Now they're scarce and hard to find but we don't have an overpopulation problem. No sir. And I used to collect mussels freely because nobody wanted them and you couldn't find them in a store. They were considered trash. Now they're in stores at a high price. But we don't have an overpopulation problem. No sir.

The kids are not the problem - it's the teachers.

Um ... I don't think that's what Mao had in mind.It may not be possible
to know what true Despots really have in mind.We know what they
have in store.Do as yer told or face the music.
But then Mao would never have made a good Buddhist.
    Or even a cruddy one.

Yup. Big lies about Fukushima and the radiation. It was clearly detected in California first and soon here in Oregon. Of course it accumulated in shellfish and seaweed right away. But federal agencies refuse to test for radiation and the local news services took scientists to the beaches to test. What did they test? -WATER!!!! And of course they said there was no detectable change in the radioactivity of the water. THEY DIDN'T TEST SHELLFISH AND SEAWEED!!!!

Then they announced that the radiation level in the water from cesium etc. was not measurably different from normal background radiation. What they didn't say was that background radiation is energy that passes through you, whereas radiation from cesium in shellfish is consumed and it collects PARTICLES IN BONES and those radioactive particles remain there, sending out their radiation from those points of origin continuously, concentrating their irradiation of cells nearest the point of origin for the rest of your life! It's necessary to understand why medical science directs radiation to a tumor with a machine that orbits around the patient. It's to avoid irradiating one channel or pathway to the tumor constantly but to concentrate the radiation only on the tumor.

So the difference between the effects of background radiation and that of radioactive particles that are consumed is huge.

And regarding deaths and illnesses in Japan from Fukushima:
    http://enenews.com/nakate-big-chang...se-doubled-cancer-and-leukemia-also-increased

Effects of radiation increase over time.

A few years ago Infowars got a hold of some Geiger counters and
went to a place in California that Radiation levels far above normal
had been discovered. Then the hoodwinking at the top levels kicked-in.
Meaning it won't be Reported or put in the News.It would be quashed.
This of course is how our Government handles bad news.Just ignore
it plus change the level of dangerous content. If 10 parts per million is
safe then merely up it to 20 or 30 parts per Million. And so forth.

So do I, but my family counts calories. I try to make them happy.

It is easier to make with at least a tbs or 2 of OO light. Less for fatty fish.

My family is my cat and he does not count calories -- he counts birds outside the window.

At least your birds are outside the window.

One of my loving fuzzbutts decided to see if a pigeon tasted better on the kitchen floor then out on the deck. I'm still cleaning up feathers.

Do you add butter and garlic to sautéed pigeon?

If I get the goats they willl have shelter we have a rather large barn and I was thinking about adding a shelter on one side of the barn. I would like for the shelter to be open to the south and closed on east, west and north. I am still in the thinking and planning stage. The fence guy will be here sometime next week.

It is always a good idea to plan ahead. I just expanded my upper pasture by fencing off a new area. The goats loved it. I could use a large barn. Do you raise beef?

I do not disagree. What Is is ! Is what.
    However, how come there are no { or ever has been }
Goat Cartoon as main characters. Not even in :
    - Animal Farm - { 1945 } by Great futurist George Orwell
who used that as a pen name. Real name Eric Arthur Blair.
Like Today's youth are familiar with either ... Or !

No, we don't raise beef. We rent most of our land to a neighbor who does a lot of farming. We have some land that isn't being used, and that is where I would like to fence it for goats or a place for the dogs to run without bothering the neighbors. If we get goats, our border collie can herd to his heart's content with room to spare.

Then you can use more oil - makes it easier. Fat cat is almost an oxymoron unless it is human.

Pigeon pie if you live in the country. Eurasian collared dove works well too.
