    Been trying to restore my Koi pond. My wife did most of the pebble mosaic and I am trying to save it from the elements. Just covered the stone with an almost clear epoxy. It still needs some work. 0903181747.jpg

    Never tried Dungeness but I aint never met a crab I didn't like yet. Lobster with melted butter is nice.

    Never trust a woman who paints her toenails. Clear coat is tolerable. But not color. And one who pays someone else to paint them for her is the most vain of them all.

    Forbes has the best website that lists all the new rules, such as higher standard deduction, new rates, and no personal exemptions. Better than the IRS even.

    Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. What was mean was him kicking her out of the house.
    I am very quiet when people are mean to me, walking away and letting karma do it's job, which it does very well is more satisfying.

    I was sleeping and dreaming about yogurt and mango marmalade when I woke up at 0400AM and got what I needed out of the fridge and mixed some.

    In my dream I made a mess and it got all over the floor.

    In reality I was very careful and did not even splash.

    Yum!

    @Smartmouthwoman 's pork roast is still on my mind. I have not cooked or broiled with pork in decades. I usually use beef or lamb. I am hoping to have some elk to put on the table in October.

    But Smartie's roast sure sounds yummy !!

    The storm track has it going across Florida then striking Biloxi. It could swing easterly or westerly though, into Alabama or Louisiana.

    Batten down the hatches !!

    That one side took about a week. She did it one rock at a time. I just couldnt let the elements destroy it. Besides, it needed the epoxy to make it pop.

    I'm lucky that I had Monday and Today off. But I could get called-in if someone is sick.

    I am using today to finish my Federal and State taxes and 2018 estimated tax payment too.

    Now I am all caught up.

    It felt very patriotic to write my check to the U.S. Treasury for $2,602.10 dollars. That includes the Q3 ES for 2018 (this current year).

    I feel like I am supporting world peach and democracy.

    Fish Friday, yah.

    I usually have fish or seafood every day.

    Beef is rare for me.

    Lamb is more rare. More like a change of pace.

    I am hoping to put some elk on my table in October.

    Got my license and my tag. Got my dream hunt for elk coming up.

    Elk is/are more numerous in the Rocky Mountains than is/are deer.

    You can get elk tags OTC (over the counter) in many Rocky Mountain states.

    Approaching my version of a 'vacation'. Out NC oceanside, 4 day weekend. Gordon, or his playmates, best not head that way, I've been planning this for a long time.
