    The CBO scores any spending bill. If they had scored a bill last year, and a bill this year changes that, then it becomes “spending”. Everything boils down to a debit or a credit. A debit for purposes of accounting is spending

    What I said was congress people will spend every nickel they can get their hands on. They did that during the Clinton administration as they always have. How much was the national debt reduced during the Clinton administration? Hello, they spent every nickel. You are a bit confused.

    Useless Hillary is one of the rich folks. She's not my anything.

    Cutting Social Security, Medicare, and health care for average folks was the GOP plan all along. You'll do it by increasing program spending at less than the rate of inflation.

    Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett, and Bill Gates are already worth more than the bottom 50% of Americans. Not enough there for rich folks to keep you happy?

    BTW, what if we had a war and the bottom 50% said "F-off, we don't care--you fight it?" Are you ready to sign up? You don't expect poor people to give a damn, do you?

    Wrong. I'm an economist. I taught economics for many years and I put my knowledge to work making money. Right now, I'm in Australia--Coffs Harbour in New South Wales. It's a damn nice life if you have a few bucks.

    Today, Saturday, was warm and sunny. My wife and I had dinner at "Latitude 30" at the marina. It's 9:00 pm now.

    We were driving a long earlier listening to "Southern Cross" by CSNY. Seemed sorta fitting.
