I don't agree with 'testing in courts.' So long as SNL is not receiving any public assistance, they can portray whoever they want however they want.

Its a travesty that some folks think they're portrayal is ever honest or accurate, but not the sort of travesty that should be addressed authoritatively.

I'm old enough to remember Jay Leno (the only tv channel I could pick up back then.) That was someone who could poke at people and events and still be funny, without the underlying nastiness we see in some of today's so-called humor.
