I think that there was something else, not racial with this chick fight. The judge figured it out and basically dismissed the whole thing. I am a western guy, but I know that a big difference between western and eastern judges is that western judges are rather bureaucrats, but eastern ones look for the people. If there is any substance to this, the question we should ask should be what the white girl did to (*)(*)(*)(*) off her black friends.
