This is bull(*)(*)(*)(*). An undercover policeman should be able to have a relationship as part of his cover or it would be an easy way for a criminal group to establish a way of keeping undercover policeman out.
Maybe our prisons would be full, as they would be actually catching real criminals. I read recently the met Police were investigation someone that was issuing "fat" notices to fat women on London tube trains... presumably as a "hate crime". Can't really see the reason to investigate someone that pins the truth onto fat weak-willed guzzlers....
At least it would be more productive than spending their time shagging female members of the groups that they've infiltrated.
