    This is outright murder. There's no question about it.

    But what the dindu community needs to reflect on is why this happens. Is it that the police just happen to be overwhelmingly racist? Or maybe the fact that a 13% minority population commits more than half of the violent crime?

    A white person is 500 times more likely to be killed by a black man than the other way around when adjusted for population size differences.

    BS, NO one should be murdered for running from a traffic stop. The man wasn't a terrorist or murderer, the public was not in danger and neither was the cop. The cop overreacted, and lied, tampered with evidence which he wouldn't have had to do if he felt he was right....even HE knew he was wrong...

    Another case of a black guy fighting with a cop then getting shot. This was murder probably but if he didnt resist arrest and if he didnt run he would still be alive today.

    Or perhaps reflect on why the cop felt it was necessary to shoot an unarmed man who was fleeing, despite there not being a credible threat to his life, when protocol says you can't shoot a fleeing suspect lethally.

    If you are trying to justify this shooting please stop. The officer committed a crime, then tried to cover up and make up a lie. That is the fact.

    Does it say he was a felon? No? Then there's no need for you to put the officer on a pedestal, especially when video proves he did it when there was no threat to his life.

    It simply doesn't say if he was a felon or not so we'll have to wait to see if the shooting is justified. To pretend to know what happened even before the evidence is made available is moronic.

    I'm no lover of the police, but I'm not going to sacrifice a cop just to make you happy. Sit down, shut up.

    From what I can see on the video, it clearly looks like murder to me. Shooting a man running from you up to 8 times in his back seems like a pretty obvious murder charge.

    Nice to see another person ignore the fact that shooting a fleeing suspect is 100% illegal for cops to do, yet did it anyway well after the guy was far away enough.

    If he was a felon, then it does matter. I know you don't like it, but that doesn't change anything. Cops can shoot fleeing felons.

    Actually I can see leftists making it illegal, forcing police to simply let any such person run away, and then begin howling in rage when a fleeing felon reaches 'safety' and immediately commits another hideous crime. They would SHRIEK that the police were not doing their job to protect citizens. It would be just like them.

    Until you can prove without a doubt he's a felon, it's illegal, as well as shooting a non-threat from a far distance. Did you see anything that said that? Also, a video shows the officer drop a taser next to the dead guy.

    But sure, keep trying to justify shooting unarmed folks.

    You can see with your own eyes they aren't shaking hands at the beginning of the video. I wonder why the events just prior to that are excluded.

    And yes, cops can shoot fleeing felons.
