There is no secular justification until the later stages - where a reasonable argument for personhood can be made. and for that sentience must be present .. something the brain cannot capacitate until at least 20-22 weeks ... marching it back 5 weeks leaves no room for error.. and so is logical

You might have some Reformed Jews that over-emphasize and misinterpret Rabbinical Teachings expressing that it isn't virtuous to follow a law endangering life in order to justify taking life. Although, it's incorrect to suggest that such an interpretation is violative of Judaism. Psalms indicates that life begins at conception, and that isn't debatable in Judaism.
