    Why does he have to keep creating victims? Everybody is a victim.

    I think the left takes this position to attempt to convince people that they NEED government, because they are being victimized by some bogey man.

    ... through subsidizing, to control the energy market and push wind and solar....

    ...so the president can call it "cheaper".

    I do not think he is saying that. I think he is only advocating change he likes and controls. Change toward freedom or smaller government is change to be avoided.

    Two reasons. The lesser one is that it is a way to confuse people, and therefore minimize, the valid perception that this group is a threat that has been horribly mismanaged by Obama.

    The more significant reason is to slap at Israel, and subtlely give credence to Islam's claim to the Holy Land. The L stands for "Levant", as "in the Levant". The Levant, as a historical land, included not only Syria and parts of Iraq and Jordan, but Israel as well. So Obama is giving these thugs more credibility for claim to land above and beyond what they currently occupy. To both deliberately spite Israel, but also to kiss the ass of radical Islam.

    Neutral redistricting has to be actually neutral...it is not simply to equalize white districts while the minority districts remain spaghetti on a map.
