This is absolutely false and insanely ignorant. The President - indeed, the federal government in toto, has no power whatsoever to "mobilize" the police from any state. In fact, the opposite is true; only a state can invite, or accept the offer, of assistance by police from another state.
Then show where the order was actually handed down by then president George Bush. You claim the order was given, show that it was, rather than pointing to one action and claiming that it could only happen if such an order was given.
