They are proof of nothing, because you don't have enough data to make them identical to now.

So...you think NASA does not read their sources or is incapable of understanding the limits that "spiked-online.com" has identified?

What evidence? You suggest that there is "plenty of evidence that a continuous rise is not a good thing".. ok, quantify that. What is bad? Are you suggesting that the "continuous rise" is a bad thing? because even the IPCC doesn't suggest that.

You couldn't even bother reading your own link

    actively publishing climate scientists agree

Not all scientists, not even all climate scientists. Only actively publishing climate scientists.

    Read first then post.

So, just a question here, you haven't always been a proponent of government effectiveness, so why lionize NASA now?

Its only because he didn't actually read his own link. They narrow it down to only climate scientists who have actively published so the lie that its all scientists or even all climate scientists has been exposed once again.

Yea...as if qualifying the "97% consensus" claim to those who are "actively publishing climate scientists" is somehow a bad thing.

You don't have a quote from me that I said 97% of all scientists, so you can shove your attempt at accusing me of lying up your own rear end.

I have always been a proponent of arguing that NASA and other scientific agencies like NOAA are worthy of being lionized. I have also argued that Trump is a ****ing moron.

    Those are not inconsistent positions.

LOL>.. I doubt that you even know what either of those two things are. And careful, because you're treading ever so close to heresy in the AGW camp. Orbital variation and Solar outputs are constants, don't you know??? Because they aren't supposed to be able to effect temps... But sure, you're going to cite them now. I would remind you that being willing to accept a natural solution to temp cycles is the first step down the road to denial....

They are, but they do not match the warming trend.

They are not constant and they absolutely CAN impact the climate, but we are perfectly capable of analyzing whether they are the current cause of the warming trend. They are not.

We'll remember that, but doesn't now make the case that somehow these organizations are in fact producing studies, or otherwise doing the work that is effective in doing so. But sure, orangemanbad is the depth of your skillset. We see it. :roflol:

This is why I usually don't bother with these topics, just try to be as less of a polluter than I was, pretty much up to us individuals to make the changes we can. If the majority is Democrat, and they believe in Global Warming...the majority should at least lead by example. I really don't want to vote Democrat on one issue like saving the planet. Democrats make me vomit.

Basically, you are just beating your head against a wall.

When they can't get that finding out what happened back then depends upon Geology, really hard dirty digging stuff, looking for a certain layer for known stuff, ocean cores, and ice cores..., seriously, not a scientific instrument of today in real time.

Yes, please use the opinions of people living in the dark ages as a justification for your own belief. That makes you very smart.

    What the?

Do you HONESTLY believe that the scientists have missed including in their research such obvious things as the sun and the Milankovitch cycles?

Where are YOUR links showing that these factors are causing global warming?

Its not all scientists or even all climate scientists. Try to be honest about what it actually says.

Its equivalent to saying Trump has a 90% approval rating with Americans when you only poll people who voted for Trump.

    Busted. Again.
