As a Christian, I fully support Israel and believe that the US is blessed for doing so.

With that said, it is not Constitutional to do so through the federal government.

IMO, it is the duty of the church to support Israel with funds. As for arms, if they are an ally, we can provide them with millitary support, but they should have to buy our arms.

    Thoughts.

I think I agree completely. I also know that many Jews are very decent, friendly, down to earth people. but I don't believe in bailing out any countries at all. as a person who has Jesus in my soul, I also love and respect Iranian people and their president Ahmadinejad who has been falsely turned into a monster by the special interest controlled media, if I may say so.

Jeez Louise.. How do you feel about the mistreatment of Palestinian Christians or the theft of property?

Remembr that in Proverbs and D.ueteronomy the Bible says Do not moved the boundary stones set down by your forefathers.

If you were a famous man and said this infront of a TV camera, your entire career would be ruined forever.

That's my opinion and I'm sticking by it. [IMG]

I don’t really have a problem with supporting people who have a legitimate hardship, but Israel has become a very negative state in their actions.

The attitude is what’s wrong here, when Israel thinks they have to kill 200 Palestinian people for every 1 Israeli, they’ve overstepped the bounds of reason.

The religious belief is also a negative factor, because saying the land was given to them by “God” is impossible to prove, and does nothing to establish rational dialog. Christians want them to have it because they want the Apocalypse to take place and that is supposed to start with the children of Israel, so I guess it can’t happen if Arabs are still there?

Get Israel to drop assassination, Torture, nuclear propagation, inhumane treatment of the Palestinian people, child pornography, and religious bigotry, then I will consider offering my support.

I find it ironic they behave like the Nazis they fled from.

    In what way?

I happen to believe that our Constitution is the handbook on freedom and prosperity for a sovereign nation.

It is the responsibility of the christians or other independent organizations to support Israel with financial aid. I still believe the US should support its allies with military support as needed.

    The first part, spot on.
As for any foreign aid, too many strings attached, for everyone involved.

You either agree completely or you don't agree. You are sitting on the fence.

America's tongue is getting longer and browner as it sticks its tongue up Israel's 4rse.
