TUNIS, Tunisia (AP) - The Tunisian government has confirmed it has arrested a 28-year-old Tunisian reportedly linked to the U.S. consulate attack in Libya.

Tunisian Interior Ministry spokesman Tarrouch Khaled said Wednesday that Ali Harzi was in custody in Tunis. Khaled tells The Associated Press "his case is in the hands of justice." He did not elaborate.

In Washington, the State Department had no comment. Earlier this month, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the U.S. has been looking into the arrests of two Tunisian men being detained in Turkey reportedly in connection with attacks on a consulate in Libya last month.

Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans died in the attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in the Libyan capital of Benghazi on Sept. 11.

The crazy fanatics are all over the place now. No surprise they were Tunisians.

Yesterday the news showed the 'foreign rebels' in Syria being paid their wages in brand new $$$$ US

Islamist salafist commanders handing it out to them

Also showed on Al Jazeera (who seem to be a bit back tracking in their support of the rebels) footage given to them by 'rebels' showing an old man who was half dead and bleeding being carried down a flight of steps of a building in Idlib (I think it was Idlib). The rebels were saying Assad had struck the building and the old man was badly injured.

Then as they got to the bottom of the steps the building WAS hit by a shell from whoever??? and this old half dead man on the stretcher jumped up off the stretcher 100% fine except for the shock of the shell outside!!!

The news anchor showing it said after it that 'we cannot of course verify any footage coming out of Syria'

They looked kind of stupid since that is what they have been showing for a year now and passing it off as reliable!!!

Just makes you wonder what lies are being told by these rebels when AJ themselves have to admit that lying footage sent by them to AJ for broadcast to the public!
