As someone who can actually read the original text I was curious when I saw this thread since it's not been reported in Swedish newspapers yet. However while immigration is a problem I think this article exaggerate what the police actually say.

I didn't read the full thing but this is from the summery. Translated with the help of Google translate+fixing the sentences that were badly structured after.

Not sure about you but is three separate comments in a 26 page document and one possible idea for future research really putting the blame on Nordic culture? This is without even touching on the fact that Swedish alcohol culture is pretty bad because of the government monopoly on selling alcohol.

The report didn't blame their alcohol culture. It said it was used as an explanation by many of the victims and perpetrators. Especially among young people.
There is also an addendum with bullet points of university studies that does point fingers at alcohol and a variety of reasons.

The reading skills of the rabid right strikes again. That and their total inability to portray anything with honesty.

I did not read the police report because of typically poor translation issues, but left it for others to check and confirm.

The area of concern are the disproportionately high incidence of third world crime. If you want to make a case bathhouses are unrepresentative of overall sex crimes then feel free to do that. I would be surprised if sex crime data doesn't again show third worlders are disproportionately represented.
