Ahlul Bayt News Agency - The United Nations says the Takfiri ISIL terrorist group has been offering Syrian and Iraqi girls for sale by putting them on show “stripped naked” in “slave bazaars.”

Special Representative of the UN Secretary General on Sexual Violence in Conflict Zainab Bangura made the harrowing revelation on Thursday while briefing journalists on her “scoping mission” to Syria, Iraq and some other countries in the region in April.

“Girls are literally being stripped naked and examined in slave bazaars” of the ISIL, Bangura said, adding that the girls were “categorized and shipped naked off to Dohuk (Province) or Mosul or other locations to be distributed among ISIL leadership” and militants.

Bangura visited Syria, Iraq, Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan from April 16 to 29 and interviewed girls and women who had escaped ISIL captivity and survived sexual violence.

I know the surgeries seem unbelievable, but in Middle Eastern culture it is important that the woman be a virgin, even if she is just being used as a disposable short-term "wife" (slave).

Just to provide a quick little summary:
After these women are done being sexually used by one man, they are forced to undergo hymen-restoration surgery. This is so they can pretend to be virgins to the next man they are forced to be "married" to. Then the new man can rip and tear into her, like she was a virgin. And these poor women are forced to go through this multiple times. According to the article, some of the women have been subjected to the surgery over a dozen times.

ISIS is not very nice to women. I wonder do these forced surgeries even take place under sanitary conditions?

In America it is breast implants, in Brazil it is buttock implants. Apparently in the Middle East the popular cosmetic surgery is hymen restoration.

This incident could be fake, but not obviously, they have been doing it for 1400 years.

ISIS is a hydra, cut some heads, someother will grow back. ISIS is just the new born of a long tradition of terrorist organizations, armed muslim brotherhood, alqaida, takfirists.

@Mr_Truth I didn't read entirely all the articles, and I don't know if they mention somehow about slaves being sold naked, but their is tons of evidences that ISIS make a massive use of sexual slave. Considering this, it wouldn't be surprizing they sell them naked, but they're sold, with the passive complicity of France and UK.

^ I read the first of the articles (a rather long one) and it makes no indication of being being sold openly naked. With all this info, why not mention that if it is true? And where's the photos since that religion always talks about modesty in appearance???

 

Slave girls are only obligated to be clothed from the waist down.
However this may be an exception.

 

Sorry, I assume that an organization who mass raped girls, sometimes under age girl, sell them and commit a genocide, well then, I assume that it's likely they don't have the morale standarts to not sell girls naked.
Furthermore, there is a hadith mentionning girls being sold naked during the second or third caliph, I don't have hours to spend to find back this specific hadith, so you will have to trust me when I says I red one. Considering that ISIS love that kind of hadith...

@Margot2 I was thinking to another hadith, it was during the reign of one of the three first caliph, which are supposed to be "perfect", so it's after Muhammed death, it's about a caliph who reprimanded his followers because they were too much going to the slave market going to look to the naked slaves. But honnestly, I don't have that much time to spend to find it back.

Anyway, it doesn't change that considering the few respect that Isis has for human dignity, especially for the women, considering that they already commited genocides and slave trade, it won't be surprized they would sell naked girls.

It's not even about Islam in a general way, by the way, I don't appreciate this religion, but that's not the topic there, it's about ISIS.
