Hello, i am doing a ask about taxes in US. Constitution don't speak about this topic. In Spain, Constitutions speak a lot about how must be the tax system (the principles such as equality), bou in US, not. So, i think that Supreme Court of Justice tells the principles in his jurisprudence. Is this true? Where can i fin this jurisprudence? Another question, is there any legal board/forum in US?
