    To defeat terrorism, we must get rid of religion. This can be done with the help of genetic engineering. If you increase the intelligence of the people, then everyone will be atheists.

    That ought to take care of all those environmental terrorists for sure.

    Probably make a dent on those drug cartels terroristic activities too.
