I gave sources. Her husband was an avowed commie and worked with the commie party to help the Nine and she stated he was the only person she knew radicalized enough for her to marry.

This sounds like good news on the surface, but since apparently any Dusty, Curly, or Hank from Texas can implement this so-called law, is it really? Stopping one group from suing is great, but is it enough to get the process going again?

    SNIP
Texas abortion providers won a temporary restraining order against Texas Right to Life and its associates Friday, blocking them from suing providers and health care workers at Planned Parenthood health centers in the state under a new law.

Planned Parenthood sued the anti-abortion group in state court to stop the group from enforcing Texas’ new six-week abortion ban.

Texas’ six-week law creates a “probable, irreparable, and imminent injury in the interim” for Planned Parenthood, its physicians, staff, and patients throughout Texas, Judge Maya Guerra Gamble of the Texas District Court for Travis County wrote in the temporary restraining order.

Who in the hell let a woman on the court in Texas?? ... she should be home gestating... Says the next law coming from the Texiban..

Oh well, it's certainly a start to taking down this masquerade of lawmaking... Much more to come

I didn't say you can't have an opinion. You can believe abortion is wrong and unnecessary.
But No one should have control over another person's body, much less men over women's.

You are the asserting that a woman alone can prevent rape. You also leave out if she is attacked by more than one person.

Uhhh no. I wasn’t there when anything happened before the 1960’s. Does that mean it didn’t happen?

There's no argument for you. You, as a stranger, think you are entitled to tell all pregnant women "you got yourselves pregnant. You must all have the baby, because *I* think that should be the way it is."

The decision isn't yours to make. That's why this law is a violation of women's rights in the first place.

What's worse. You refuse to take responsibility for your violation on women's rights. This is all very convenient for you. Sacrificing other people's rights for your own belief.

No all I'm saying to a woman that's a perfect stranger to me is you shouldn't be entitled to kill somebody else.

That baby growing inside of you is not you and it's not your body.

WHY an exception for rape ?????

    GoodGAWD...it's a simple question....why are you at a loss for words now ? ;) ;)

So you do not believe in making an exception for a rape victim but want her PUNISHED for being raped...OK, I got it...

No, I am not OK with destroying women's right to bodily autonomy.

NOW I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION WHY CAN'T YOU ANSWER MINE?????????????

That is what we were discussing....if you can't answer those inconvenient questions then just say so :)

So you do not believe in making an exception for a rape victim but want her PUNISHED for being raped...????

So you do NOT want an exception for rape?

Then you want a raped woman to be punished more than the rapist.....pathetic...

Why should a woman pay for a crime a man commits?

That is exactly what happens if a raped woman can't get an abortion....Radical Muslims ALSO want women punished for being raped..

DUH, NO, women shouldn't be victims of rape but they ARE .

Why do you want victims PUNISHED for being victims???

You want women PUNISHED MORE AND LONGER THAN rapists!!!!!!!!!!!
And you consider that "right" not WRONG ?????

Not arguing, I am asking you to explain what the disagreement is about, but obviously you have no idea.

There are always multiple solutions to problems, and people like you always choose the most authoritarian path even when its obvious it is not the best or most effective solution. You don't seem to understand that point. I am ok letting the States decide and if they choose the authoritarian path, I wont rave against it, but I personally won't promote authoritarianism. Its against my nature.

Nobody is suggesting that it should be a crime not to get a vaccination.
So it is really up to you to make up your mind. Which is it? Personal autonomy or the government gets to decide for you?

Both are responsible, but biology leaves women holding the bag. Women can protect themselves by not doing the one thing that makes them pregnant unless they are absolutely sure to follow through with the consequences of their actions

Rape accounts for less than 1 percent of all abortions. It's an outlier. When people need to bring outliers to the discussion that means they have no argument to the main point. Even if we granted all rape victims abortions...99 percent of all abortions previously would be prevented.

    Go figure.

Which brings us back to the reality that both men and women need to make better decisions with choices that come with consequences.

YOU RESPONDED to a discussion of rape and abortion. If it was only an "oulier" then why TF did you respond?

YOU butted in to a discussion on rape and abortion....don't like it? You can always butt back out.

When one makes EXCUSES for not being able to reply to a post one has no argument at all.

Some politicians and Big Government enthusiasts are hellbent on seizing control of women's wombs.

This Taliban variant will fester for some time yet, but freedom-respecting Americans will prevail.
