Did she kick him repeatedly or once? Lets say she did kick him is that the way a LEO handles a 12yr old girl?

Nobody is saying that kids shouldn't be taught to respect authority or that this kid was out of line, but anybody who thinks this is the manner in which a grown man should handle a 12yr old kid is a joke.

There is a reason why adults are here to guide children and that is exactly what she is. Hell the school district fired the guy because his action were inappropriate.

I didn't say the cops actions were racist, I am speaking of many of the posters who are trying to justify his action. You know good and damn well had that been a 12yr old white kid most of you damn sure wouldn't be justifying wha this officer did.

That fact remains that the video shows that she was, in fact, slammed face first into the concrete. She was clearly dazed right after it happened.

No one's asking to accept reality if you love living in your fantasy world.

I stand by that statement. Had you seen a cop handle a 12yr old white girl in that manner your attitude towards the cop would be totally different.

 

And had your generation had access to camera phones, the internet, and a 24 hour news cycle, you'd know that your generation is nothing special. Here's the better question. "Why are people suggesting unruly behavior excuses excessive force?"

Here's the thing. Police officers exist purely because there are unruly people in the world. That isn't some surprise when they're hired... they're trained on average half a year in order to learn ways to diffuse incidents, neutralize threats, uphold the law, and in some cases even demonstrate emergency life-saving techniques. With that in mind, you don't just get to go ape-(*)(*)(*)(*) once you're called upon to utilize your training. Cops will encounter unruly citizens just as water will get you wet. That is, in no way, an excusal for excessive force. A body slam was completely unnecessary, and likely a result of "heat of the moment" frustration with a kicking teen.

 

So you are making it a race thing assuming I would have a problem if it were a white girl. That's an assumption on your part and completely incorrect. Any child who kicks as an officer deserves what she got. Stop making everything about race. I know you don't have much else but give it a rest. People are tired of the race card.

This girl wasn't even black but the race card is not limited to black people, even slightly brown people can use it or their black defenders can use it just for arguments sake.
