    Again, show me where in the CRA it makes even one concession for the credit worthiness of the borrower ?

    Blaming the CRA for this is beyond ridiculous and its dishonest

    I will ask you AGAIN. Let’s assume that there are NOT ENOUGH credit worthy borrowers out there within those communities to reach their threshold. What are the banks supposed to do?

    Their ONLY options are either to give loans to underqualified people within those communities or get hammered with regulations from the government.

    No its not. Again, the CRA doesn't work that way.

    But since you say it is so prevalent, then you should easily be able to show where it is happening. Please show where, with citations
