bump up for more laughssssssssss

What a blatant lie that is. How old are you? Seriously?

Banks never credit your checking account for the full amount of the check immediately. Assuming the checks >>>$100, most banks would credit $100 to your checking, then the rest of the check when it is cleared.

All electronic deposits/transfers are cleared prior day, when banks receive electronic deposit, they credit your checking a full amount.

Who are you trying fool with your bull(*)(*)(*)(*)? If banks can credit a full amount when the you deposit the check, then there is no need to send that check to clearinghouse. Each bank would have its own clearinghouse.....behind customer deposit boxes........

akphidelt got caught lying through his teeth yet again

The above person is saying that banks only clear $100. I deposited an $1,800 check and it was in my account instantly. And the other day I deposited a $3,400 check and within 1 second it was in my account and I can withdraw it if I wanted.

    He simply makes no sense.

Unless you receive an electronic deposit, banks do not credit full amount of the paper check when you're deposit it. They give you $100, then the rest of the check when it's cleared.

Give it a rest dude. Your (*)(*)(*)(*) did not fly then, it does not fly now. You're desperately grasping at anything to protect your little ego

You have zero credibility since you join this thread, now you have less than zero. That's really sad!!!!

So if I write you a personal check for $1,000. You take that to your bank and deposit it, your bank would credit $1,000 to your account without represent the check to my bank???

The kid got caught up with a lie, he comes up with a new lie to fix it.

    Comedy gold!!

Hahaha... absolutely hilarious!! I literally have been to the bank twice in the past 2 weeks with checks much larger than $100 and both checks were in my account the second they typed the #s in to the account.

Hahahahahhahahahaha... the user above is embarrassing! And he claims to work at a bank. Must be a janitor.

This is how they're teaching our kids in Alaska, man... if I were a parent, I would demand a full refund immediately.

If this is what they call education in Alaska, it' simply embarrassing.

That's good one. Unfortunately, reasonable readers would have noticed that you're making up (*)(*)(*)(*) as you go, it's not that hard to spot it.

    Thanks for entertaining us dude.

    Question...

Has anyone deposited a check larger than $100 before? If so, is the check deposited in your account immediately or do they give you $100 and wait for the rest to clear?

Because if they do, than the banks around me are cheating the system, lol!!!!

    Embarrassing!

Your banks do not cheat any system, you're simply making (*)(*)(*)(*) up to justify your crooked theory. If banks are able to clear your check right at counter, then there is no need it to send it to "clearinghouse". The reason your check is sent to clearinghouse is to see whether or not payer bank has enough fund to honor the check, if he does, the check is cleared, if he does not, the check is bounced, and you don't get anything.

You're a liar. You got caught lying through your teeth, and it's embarrassing.

Kid, seriously, I strongly suggest you to ask for a refund from whatever school that you go to.

Your savings account is your INVESTMENT with that bank. The saving account is the most simple investment product banks are offering.

At this point, I just assume you're trolling, you have zero knowledge about banking, and that's a fact.

Oh yea, let me go invest in a savings account, lol!!

When you have an account at TreasuryDirect, it's called saving account, and you can invest your money directly in US Savings Bond.

Lol, alright raise of hands. When you hear someone talk about "savings accounts"... is your impression that they are talking about savings accounts at a bank or their "savings account" in Treasury bonds/bills. Lol!!!

Surprising how the most ignorant people are always the most stalkerish.

If any MOD is reading this can you please restrict the user Snooop from stalking me. He follows me all over the internet and responds to all my posts and has a major infatuation with me.

    Thanks!
