Oh, it's exhausting. Right now, I've been in a "forced" mania due to an acute arthritis problem my husband has been having since July. I'm absolutely exhausted. Our Uber Eats budget is through the roof. I can only sleep six hours (normal mania,) but can only stay awake for five hours (normal down.)

Craziness. Sleeping in spurts is kinda new.

 

That is a lot of stress to deal with. and calls for stress relieving techniques. Naps do help to restore healthy energy.

Generally they still support Trump..........but some of the talking heads are speaking more facts and truths. This has turned trump away from his favoriete "state news media" Seems he and his supporters are sliding over to News max.......an extreme right wing media. Seems they cover what some want to hear.

 

FOX is telling Trump to fold his cards. Even his favorite morning show; the goofs at Fox & Friends, are saying it's over.

It is over two weeks now and the numbers speak for themselves. Yet so many "believe" Biden won in a fraudulent way. But then some folks still "believe" the earth is flat. Go figure.

Yes, I read a recent book about that, called "Hoax." It detailed how Fox News became Trump's echo chamber, and he theirs. There's a chicken-or-egg feedback loop. Do they support his "policies" or does he get his "policies" from Hannity, Carlson, Ingraham, Pirro et al? Sometimes it's hard to tell.
