These two recent news headlines reveal a serious problem with how the Biden Administration views the state of political affairs in America today. This Democratic administration has some of the attributes of a kind of political-historical paradigmatic thinking found during the nineteenth and twentieth century identified by sociologist Karl Mannheim as “Bureaucratic conservatism.”

Mannheim’s description of this ideal-type of political organization is characterized as “The fundamental tendency of all bureaucratic thought is to turn all problems of politics into problems of administration “ (“Ideology and Utopia: An Introduction to the Sociology of Knowledge, Karl Mannheim, 1929/1936, Harcourt, Brace & Co. 1954, (pdf.), page 105).”

The problem with this kind of historical political party is its refusal to recognize the Cult of Irrationality that historically Conservative Historicism warned about. “Thus irrational factors are overlooked, and when these nevertheless force themselves to the fore, they are treated as ‘routine matters of state’ (Ibid., p.106).” Because of bureaucratic conservatism is a closed solipsistic administrative system, this political thinking reacts to eruptions of social unrest the same whether the source is the Cult of Irrationality, or from the historical and necessary development of progressive democratic movements.

In either case, it seems that the Biden Administration will simply continue to follow its formula for success by advancing Neo-liberal national policies just as the Obama’s Administration while they "overlook the fact that the realm of administration and of smoothly functioning order represents only a part of the total political reality (Ibid., p.106).”

The Trump, Obama and Biden administrations all used executive orders extensively to pass new national polices with real life effects, but they also acted as placebos to only give the appearance of substantial political engagement.

“The administrative, legalistic mind has its own peculiar type of rationality. When faced with the play of hitherto unharnessed forces, as, for example, the eruption of collective energies in a revolution, it can conceive of them only as momentary disturbances. It is, therefore, no wonder that in every revolution the bureaucracy tries to find a remedy by means of arbitrary decrees rather than to meet the political situation on its own grounds. It regards revolution as an untoward event within an otherwise ordered system and not as the living expression of fundamental social forces on which the existence, the preservation, and the development of society depends (Ibid., p.105).”

Notice that currently there is a wave of new anti-democratic voting legislation--if not out right fascist laws-- flooding state houses all over the country. The Republican party in itself prone to the same bureaucratic tendency and is attempting to appease the cult of irrationality that it is harboring. The Republican political reflex is to pass anti-protest laws even though these same laws are punishing arrested right-wing Jan. 6th insurrectionists with whom they themselves conspired.

“The juristic administrative mentality constructs only closed static systems of thought, and is always faced with the paradoxical task of having to incorporate into its system new laws, which arise out of the unsystematized interaction of living forces as if they were only a further elaboration of the original system (Ibid., p.105).”

Military bureaucracy is a good example of this kind of political dysfunction that can only do what it has planned in advance regardless of the consequences on real human beings and democracy itself. For this type of political administrator the top priority is to protect state institutions, and not the members of society they were designed to serve.

This mentality is reminiscent of the joke about the specialist in the medical world, who is reputed, to have said: "The operation was a splendid success. The Proud Boy, Staff Sgt. Steven Carrillo, 32, was charged with murder, and attempted murder after wounding another Federal guard, for killing officer Dave Patrick Underwood, 53, in a false flag attack to blame the BLM protesters for the death in Oakland on May 29, 2020. However, before Carrillo was caught, eight days later he ambushed and killed Santa Cruz County Sgt. Damon Gutzwiller and critically injured yet another deputy. The Bay Area news hasn't covered this story hardly at all except early when it was thought BLM was involved, but after Carrillo's arrest it is hardly mentioned.

Currently, we are experiencing a nationwide "police strike" which is the most egregious violation of their oath as police officers to protect life. In a police strike officers merely "follow the rules" by driving slow to be sure to show up after a crime is committed to cause merchants and citizens, for example, to demand more police officers, harsher laws, more weapons, and money. Sometimes they slip up and arrive while the crime is being committed. Most U.S. media is going with the program by cheer-leading for business interests, and increases in police resources. The local Bay Area media news broadcasts literally reads the food menu of restaurants in the middle of a broadcast while nearly every news item (traffic, weather, ect.) is an excuse to report on local sports. The local Bay Area news media has for the last two years announced the end of the Covid pandemic about every other week. Fox news is sometimes entertaining when for example one of their lying newscasters Frank Somerville shows up on camera drunk. Fox news cleans him up, and is arrested for DUI a few weeks later (notice the headline buries the lead). The news is a joke; it's sell, sell, sell, sell all the time. And tell me what drug are these politicians and news readers on that causes them to wear those crazy weird Trump like psychopathic grins--it's really creepy.

• Similar hoaxes have also inspired hordes of men to parade around the streets of various small towns around the country where absurd rumors of the impending arrival of hordes of “antifa buses” paid for by George Soros circulated on Facebook, spread by local police and other civic leaders, whipping local residents into a hysterical state in which they have threatened peaceful Black Lives Matter protesters and unsuspecting visitors from out of town.
• Police forces appear to be susceptible to these deceptive tactics. Two weeks ago, Portland Police tweeted out a photo of what it claimed were Molotov cocktails and gun magazines (with peculiarly fresh red paint on them), saying they found them after someone at that evening’s anti-police protest in Portland pointed out a black bag. The police bureau that had earlier succumbed to the “concrete milkshake” hoax did not appear to consider that these dubious devices may have been planted with the intention of framing the anti-police protesters.

• When officers arrived, they found three people who had been shot. Two of them were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where one of them remained hospitalized Wednesday afternoon with a gunshot wound to the chest. The third victim drove himself to a local hospital for a superficial graze wound.

Here is another example of the Nazi problem in American Law Enforcement. The rising of fascist movement led by the Republican and assisted by corporate Democrats has destroyed all trust between the citizenry and the U.S. government, and not just with law enforcement.

The version of fascism we are enduring now has destroyed all trust between student and teacher; doctor and patent, worker to business; the defendant and the courtroom; seller and buyer; citizen and the news media; and worst of all, worshiper and church. Sedition by American Oligarchs in 1940 and Today​

Here is the official story on Ukrainian Fascism, and its not good news. What makes the Ukrainian fascist unique is that they are highly trained military soldiers (we trained them) and extremely good students of fascist ideology which makes for excellent troop discipline, but social hegemony. The Ukrainian soldiers interviewed know more about the political situation in the U.S. than journalist interviewing them. It would be interesting to know how Ukrainian prisons are ran, they should of been full because the Ukrainian is not democracy, but a version of Fascist Neo-Liberalism.

In fact, my prediction of the unification of Ukrainian crack fascist soldiers, and the American obese wannbe fascist soldiers that only made it to a low level mafia goons has already happened. The Republican party is courting Putin's version of Right-Wing Neo-liberal oligarchy with six Republicans voting against a bill enabling Biden to document evidence of Russian war crimes. And now we know that Putin poured millions of dollars into the Right-Wing American National Rifle Association to help elect Trump. Putin in effect helped get the fascist Trump elected as President in 2016.

This isn't the first time the Republican party has committed treason; they also took campaign money from the Nazi Party in the 1941 some of which was seized by the FBI!

• On the eve of the Republican National Convention, money from this Nazi slush fund was used in a propaganda blitz for the isolationists. One Republican congressman received $3,000 for heading up a contingent of fifty isolationists. The Nazi money was well spent, as the convention closed with a party platform plank firmly opposed to US involvement in the war. The Nazis were especially pleased to note that the platform plank was taken almost verbatim from the full-page German propaganda ads placed in the New York Times on June 25.35
• With this success behind them, the Nazis then decided to spring a similar effort on the Democratic convention. Central to the scheme was Davis distributing $100,000 to buy forty delegates from Pennsylvania to vote against Roosevelt. The Nazi press agent Kurt Sell arranged for several other Democratic congressmen to attend the convention on German Embassy funds. Sell also funded a number of anti-war ads in the Chicago Tribune on July 15.
• With their slush fund of five million dollars, the Nazis surreptitiously helped Willkie through secret donations to various pro-Willkie clubs. Thomsen, the charge d'affairs of the German embassy, destroyed all receipts, so it may never be known how much money the Nazis funneled into the Republican Party, or to whom. It is not clear if the entire five million was spent. Supposedly, $3 million dollars was found in the embassy when the FBI seized it in December 1941. Nevertheless, the embassy had other sources of funding other than Herslet's funds. In fact, Thomsen did not cooperate with Herslet and ran his own separate campaign.
• While $5 million dollars seems a trivial amount today in a presidential campaign, in 1940 the amount was significant as the total expenditures by the Republican Party was slightly less than $15 million.
• Regardless of whether the Nazis spent only $2 million or the full $5 million dollars, they were a major source of campaign funds for the Republicans in 1940. While the total amount of Nazis funds spent on the Republican 1940 campaign may never be known with any certainty, from the funds recovered in the embassy raid it is clear that at least $2 million was spent from the slush fund alone. Therefore the lower limit is at least $2 million. In short, a major proportion ranging from 15% to over 33% of the Republican campaign funds in 1940 came directly from the Nazis. Considering the fact the major industrialists were active supporters of the Nazis and large donors to the Republican Party, well over 50% of the Republican campaign funding in 1940 came either directly from Nazis in Berlin or those within the United States."
