Wow. this atheist is a real idiot. He tries to prove that God is made up and it comes from the brain. This show is from Art Bell's Dark Matter new show. This moron believes god comes from MRI's and Amigdulas. lol.

What an insufferable guy. I listened to like half of it, but so far, he's drawn lots of baseless conclusions, he's got a nasty habit of answering questions with either really long anecdotes or something completely irrelevant and to add to the general confusion around what he's talking about, he makes words up as he goes along.

Most of my criticism is just against him being annoying listening to (and it's not the NY accent they're referring to), but the most important criticism is the fact that he will take an experiment, find one explanation for the result and not consider the other, commonly accepted explanations.

Yes Swensson, he is a lunatic, he says he uses science and statistics and studies to prove his point. But he can't ever prove anything on the show. I'm still listening, the callers have grilled him. he said the founding fathers were religious nuts. he really sounds like the atheists that come to this board. No one agrees with him on this show, I cannot believe this idiot started his own religion and sold these many books. he is angry and annoying.

Taikoo haven’t I schooled you about blanket statements? (I bet that goes over well) . Seriously the use of unsupported blanket statements does not add credibility to your position. You know what blanket statements (they are fallacies IMO but not recognized as such) ; All atheists are immoral all fundies are evil, those don’t help. Anyway back to the OT, there was a popular book (1987 book Neuropsychological Bases of God Beliefs) after that various researchers and researchers beamed God into brains some supposedly found the God module by strapping a ridiculous helmet with a zillion wires snaking out of it electrodes they were. That helmet made the victims of the experiment look like some kind of modern day medusa cybrog. Some researchers found a religious experience could be generated with the right combos of EM sans the helmet and power of the EM beams. However the entire thing has been refuted besides it seemed way overdone. Like using a sledge hammer for a fly swatter. In the end it was an experiment with predictable results, with enough EM power and computer resources etc one could probably turn a lab mouse into God, just kidding.

To summarize I agree that God may be in the brain and in the mind, in the air, and space, God is in everything… IMO~

This is not your first try at being patronizing. It needs to be your last.
And, you have failed to show the capacity to "school' me in anything, but, then,
I have failed to school you in correct usage regarding "falsifying" a theory.

As I recall, you said i had a reading comprehension problem, a bit of uncalled for calumny, but you are yourself mistaking what I said above as being my thought, when it is an echo or what your
fellow cross bearer said. School him in gross generalizations.
Everyone gets different sorts of transcendent experience from different things. LSD, or sitting on a hilltop chanting and fasting. If someone wants to claim that their experience was the real thing, and their route is the only one, claim away.

Who are you agreeing with? I agreed to no such thing.
