Yes, Tr(oll)mp embodies the disease that festers inside the GOP. What is worse is that he feeds upon it and exacerbates it. Sane, normal, responsible Republicans are calling him out and walking away from him and the party. I salute their courage to admit that their party is now no different in principle to the late and unlamented Apartheid regime.

The danger is that an election that becomes nasty tends to lower turnout that will work in Tr(oll)mp's favor.

I suspect that Hillary is well aware of this danger and will avoid it.

This nation does have to purge itself of the disease that Tr(oll)mp epitomizes.

How and when remains to be seen.

 

Trump embodies a disease but I believe the GOP is diseased enough all on its own. I'm not sure exactly when the disease invaded the body, but when the 2nd place nominee, (representing the establishment) is a guy like Ted Cruz, you know the whole stinkin' party need to be fumigated. I tend to think the party lost its way about the time Sarah Palin emerged onto the scene.

 

I never understood the popularity of Cruz, considering he's Canadian.

He also has one in the fact that there are tens of millions of illegal aliens in the country degrading our communities, crowding our schools public health systems, criminal justice systems and lowering wages for American workers and the administration has virtually abandoned border enforcement allowing murderers (e.g. Kate Steinle's killer), rapists, drug smugglers, terrorists, and whoever to come in virtually unchecked.

clearly you've never read my postings lambasting Trump... I have however been pointing out how black americans will be harmed immensely if a democrat wins... like once 10 million illegals can now compete with them for their jobs... black america with an unemployment rate twice that of white america, and almost twice that of hispanic america, will once again be thrown under the bus and tossed aside in favor of someone else... black america stands to suffer the most under a democrat presidency...

unless you can convince me that somehow legalizing 10 million people to compete for jobs, will somehow help black america? can you convince me of that? no?

Put the onus on employers. make sure they know they'll be heavily punished for hiring illegals and they won't do it.

right they are ALREADY taking jobs from black americans who have almost double the rate of unemployment as white and hispanic americans... many of the jobs the illegals are doing is for BELOW minimum wage, which means once you legalize them, they will now take MINIMUM wage or better jobs from black americans who are filling those positions... which means the ILLEGALS are the only ones who have something to gain from this scenario, everyone else has something to lose, their JOBS...

I have nothing against locking up CEOs for hiring illegals, you seem to think I don't support that, what I do have a problem with is the funny logic democrats use that think this won't negatively impact black americans... they are the ones who per capita work more of the lower wage jobs, the VERY jobs illegals take now, and will take more of after... so black americans have the most to lose in this scenario by giving the ILLEGALS a work status which will let any employer hire them... and thats a shame...

so once again, you have not proven how black americans will be HELPED, and only confirmed my statement, they are the ones being HURT the most by "immigration"...
