I think you missed the "substance" of the conversation.

Origin did not think Jesus was God.

It doesn't, which is why it is illegal.

When they are frivolous, they lose. That's how they are held accountable. The court is there to determine which are frivolous and which aren't. The First Amendment is there to provide you a way to disagree with the decision, but not to make it.

Ideally, the court is there to act as a referee between the two disputing parties and to insure decorum within the courtroom and to maintain judicial process. The facts presented in the process will determine whether or not the case is frivolous or not. The first amendment is there to provide a standard by which the scales of justice can operate in cases involving 1st Amendment issues.

You think the First Amendment exists to be the litmus test to determine the result of First Amendment issues? It exists to define itself?
I think you want to think that over some more.
    LOL

I think you missed the phrase, "The unity of ...", and the fact that Origin was againt the Ariansts.

But of course, the more evidence, even your own sources, that demonstrate this, we are right back to your Jesus Myth nonesense.

They are held accountable much the same way you are .... someone rebuts them.

In case you missed it, lawyers, etc. and the process cost money, time, etc. so when Christians are worried about atheists organizing to do this - probably should do something to stop it.

THe funny thing is, the courts see nothing wrong with Christians doing this - you do. Amazing what a rebuttal will do isn't it?

With freedom. People can make their own choices and run their own businesses the way they see fit.

YOU certainly don't have the right to walk in off the street, with no vested interest in the business, and demand they do something the way you want.

I do find it amazing that people will champion free speech and expression in one case, but when someone disagrees with them - well, NOW we need to do something about that?

Well, how about you make a case about why the lesbian couple has every right to determine how a B&B runs itself. Go ahead.
