To be fair, these dogs fight eachother of their own accord. What I do not approve of is starvation of animals, and only feeding them after they fight.
I really like dogs, but how people use animals to make a living, and its judgement needs to have a little perspective! Keeping a million chickens sitting on top of each other, is no worse then letting dogs fight for money!

Why is particularly British dog fighting? I'm a Londoner and dogfighting is certainly an issue and a growing one in both parts of white and black communities. I would like to see people going to jail for vastly longer than the 2 year maximum they are looking at right now. However dog fighting is a vastly worse problem in the USA so I wonder whythis US based poster is so bothered about the UK

It is illegal in the UK no? So what is the problem? The criminalisation of the activity surely is indicative of the opinions of the vast majority of British and N Irish to the practice?
