I accidently tripped into this youtube. I was a Sr in high school when she was hung. I do not remember ever hearing of her. But this is a rather fascinating story. She seems to have been eager to be executed. Anyway, this case probably ended capital punishment in England. Quite the tale. This is the last woman executed in England. She was dropped 8-4 inches and weighed 103 lbs. She said close to death that when she held the gun and shot it, it seemed as if she was somebody else.
