I believe every other President in modern history has been serving the aims of the globalist elite, not the American people and its majority population.

 

How do we know that Wolff, Omarosa and Woodward are not the author of the Times piece?

I don't find it surprising Trump supporter's leap to his defense. I live through Watergate and remember it well. Bob Woodward wrote a book about it called "All the President's Men." The book chronicled how Wood and Bernstein built a case against Nixon using a very anonymous source known as "Deep Throat." It toppled the Nixon administration and sent a lot of people to jail. This one is worse because it involves an inept, corrupt president (Nixon wasn't inept) and a foreign power and a huge web of players.

Then, as now, steadfast Nixon supporters stuck by him to the bitter end. Then, as now, high level officials in the White House (Alexander Haig et.al.) hid the nuclear football from Nixon as they have with Trump. The Washington Post broke the story and other newspapers followed. It was quite the story. That's why Trump and his supporters hate the press. They haven't learned yet, that it's a bad idea to pick fights with someone that buys ink by the barrel.

Where is this headed? Pretty much the way of Watergate except Trump has done far more damage to our democracy and standing in the world. Like the GOP economic meltdown of 2007, this will take years for America to recover. if ever. God save America.

 

Woodward and Bernstein did a great job reporting the Watergate scandal. Indeed, this is how journalists need to react in a republican form of government, where the framers of our constitution ensured that the delicate balance of power between the three branches of government would require observers such as journalists to keep federal officials accountable to its citizens.

Unfortunately, this balance has been hijacked by Democratic Party operatives who pose as journalists, where the interest does not lie in balancing power but rather in amassing it for Team Blue.

I've always maintained that Watergate would not have been reported if Democrats held the presidency.

if it had been a Democratic Party presidential administration that attempted a break-in into the Republican Party headquarters at the Watergate Hotel, Ben Bradlee would have told Woodward and Bernstein to simply ignore their source and move on to another story.

How do we know this? We saw it occur time and time again in the Washington Post, New York Times and other left-leaning news organizations during the Obama administration. Anyone paying attention is well aware of this, which is why these "journalists" lost their credibility with normal Americans years ago.
