He's dishonest. The way he has treated people, even prior to being President, shows a severe lack of character. He's cheated on every woman he's been married to. He has cheated contractors out of their money by using the courts. He has cheated people in his various business ventures.

He's not very smart. All you have to do is listen to his speeches to realize this. He once said that the Continental Army won the Revolutionary war by capturing AIRPORTS.

Despite is below average intellect he is narcissistic and arrogant and believes he knows more about things than people who have actually spent their lives dedicated to studying and practicing the subjects.

He is vindictive. Again, just look at the history of everyone who has crossed him (or just criticized him) during his Presidency. People HE selected to serve in important roles in his administration. Once they stopped their blind loyalty to him he savagely attacks them. This is a mark of very limited leadership skills.

Just ONE of these qualities would, in my opinion, show that the person is unfit to be President...he has ALL of them, in spades.

There is no jury verdict in this case. It was a bench trial. The judge determines the verdict, and the verdict is liable to the tune of about 1/2 a billion dollars.

 

Trump LIED when making his appraisals. That's not just a "difference of opinion". His statements included material misrepresentation of facts. Lies. And he KNEW they were lies.
