The OSHA Mandate Appeals Court Stay

Reading it is pretty interesting and it looks like it will eventually go down in flames. The court finds the petitioners may succeed on all three tests and that the mandate is too broad and defies common sense.

Thanks much for the text of the court order. I'm pleasantly surprised at the language the court used in its stay. Maybe there is cause for some bit of hope regarding the integrity of the judiciary regarding this absurd and contrived situation.

I saw this just above the thread post. Did PF get sued or something?

 

I would not be surprised if it is another regulation, without representation, being imposed by the FCC.
