The republicans aren't going to let any of these plans happen, 'cause they think they're smarter than everybody that can spell. The GOP has to walk the fine line of not doing anything the military says without overtly insulting the military. Will they walk this line successfully? Who knows. Doesn't matter. Whatever the hit they have to take, they'll take it rather than deal with the uncomfortable reality that industrial pollution is threatening national security.
Why believe what the Pentagon says on global warming. Obama has purged a huge number of high level Generals and Admirals that didnt agree with his radical agenda. If they didnt parrot what Obama said, they were forced to retire. For the most part the officers left are mainly just Obama toadies.
