If you're just an employee it's very often no matter of justice at all, simply a business decision regarding what is best for the business going forward. Everybody is expendable in a business.
The Raiders should not have let go of Antonio Brown They would might have had a 3-0 record. The Patriots may still have a chance of a winning record and that's all I will say for now
Depends. In Tennessee (where I reside)--a "right to work" state--an employee may be terminated for any reason--or even no reason at all. But this is not the case everywhere. In some states, an employer who terminates an employee without good cause--regardless of whether it is "best for the business going forward"--leaves himself (or herself, as the case may be) open to a lawsuit.
