There is some level of truth to this. Of course, not every extremely wealthy person is a criminal, but many of the wealthy sought to gain their wealth through whatever means possible, and that included unethical practices and in some cases not following the law. There are a huge number of very wealthy foreigners who come to Europe and America, and one wonders exactly how they got their money.

All that has to happen to turn your comfy (safe and secure) world upside down and inside out is for some law enforcement officer or the wrong government agent to simply say they suspect you are using some piece of your private property for criminal activity. Doesn't have to be true....doesn't have to be proven....every thing you have can be TAKEN from you in an instant. This is law and last year over 8 BILLION was taken from US citizens and it's on the rise.

Lookup Civil Forfeiture. This is just one of thousands of ways you could become an overnight homeless person...or worse.

There are hundreds of ways for the IRS to seize your assets. Are you really a "Conservative"? You post more like a lefty at times.

Again, I stated what I've stated not to impress anybody about my so-called "comfy" world. However, you on the other hand are getting very melodramatic. Nobody is coming to seize my home or anything else. You call it denial; I call it reality. And I am quite comfortable in that reality.
