    No, it does not. For most of COVID if a guy drove his motorcycle off a cliff and pronounced dead at the hospital but also had COVID that death went as COVID. If a guy with COVID had a heart attack his death went as COVID.

    I'm sure that what you cited happened some, but if you look at the linked article in #191, you'll see a lot of information, about deaths in Texas shifting from a "COVID" cause to something else.
