You're right. Russia paid $145M to the Hillary & Bill foundation and Bill was gifted a speaking gig, $500,000 for a 20 minute speech.

 

First, they are two different structures. The Clinton foundation spend 12% on salaries and expenses, but what are those expenses? Paying Bill and Hillary to fly on private jets and stay at the Ritz. They are not going door to door like heart, cancer, red cross etc. they have nations and politicians and multinationals donate.

 

Overhead expenses ran 10% like the American Red Cross.

 

The money didn't go to Bill and Hillary.. It went to the Clinton Foundation.. so did Bill's speaking fees. Is there a problem?

Yes. 10% of the Clinton Foundation booty is used for its intended purpose. Look close enough and you'll find a Clinton owned company charging the foundation consulting fees.
