This sounds like a call for a spoils system. Is there only one acceptable way to think about the BLM movement I guess we have to watch out for white males:
So in order to satisfy goals of 'diversity and inclusion', regardless of qualifications or experience, they will hire somebody, anybody, who will fulfill their declared corporate mission? What happens if they have too many of brown skinned people, and not enough LGBT? Will they be considered a failure? I hope for their sakes that they find the best people to run their company, regardless of skin color or any of those other qualifiers that people seem to want to make more important than the capability of the individual.
And who gets fired for being the wrong color, by the racists trying to fix all that through firing them?
hiring should take place on SKILL, not QUOTAS. It shouldn't matter if a company is ALL WHITES, ALL BLACKS, ALL ASIAN, MORE BLACKS THAN WHITES, MORE WHITES THAN BLACKS...all that should matter is they hired the best person for that job. Race should have NO bearing on this. P A T H E T I C
