What am i making up? Did you watch the video? I did not say he went there to arrest reread what i wrote. I can understand if you misread what i wrote but dont accuse me of making anything up. He did answer every question he was asked. He was also using the writes that he has and was asking why he was having his rights violated.

And this is the whole point of this thread: the cop had no authority to disarm him and did not even ask the soldier if we would remove the weapon or magazine. And since he had no business disarming him, the whole situation should not have happened. Arguing or questioning a cop is not illegal, you do not have to silently comply with a cop if you feel your rights are being violated. Wether or not its not what you think should happon, he was still well within the law and did nothing wrong.
