49.7% of all convictions for murder were Black. Blacks make up 12.6% of the US population (~39x10^6 Americans are Black).

They're committing murder at nearly four times their population, or 10.3 murders per 100,000 Blacks.

You'd have to show Whites are committing more than 10.3 murders per 100,000 Whites.
