It is a crime to carry a gun in NY so all confiscated guns due to stop and frisk are the result of a 'criminal' investigation.

    100% wrong.

the FBI doesn't track guns seized during Stop & Frisk.

Oh, so they don't track guns confiscated during a crime but they do track guns confiscated during a crime. Got it.

You are right , I know they want citizens to be unarmed but I do truly think they think this is a good thing not realizing there are some who want this for evil reasons , for power.

If the laws of New York were truly working, criminals would not be getting firearms at all, regardless of a change of venue being utilized. Instead the laws of the state of New York are being easily subverted by the criminal element, showing that they will not be stopped. And as you have already stated, firearm control laws are only as good as those of the neighboring territories. And since other states will not change their laws to mirror those of the sate of New York, then the state of New York possesses no legitimate, or justifiable reason for attempting to maintain strict laws that are easily subverted.

Realistically speaking, the actions of the state of New York are no different from a doctor who continues to prescribe antibiotics, long after the bacteria has not only become totally immune to them, but the medical community also stating such facts.

Liberals forced no gun zones on U.S. military bases. It's true, I know how stupid it sounds but have you ever actually listened to MSNBC ?

Still these liberal regulations didn't prevent the terrorist attack at Fort Hood and the shootings at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard and the Marines at the Washington barracks couldn't respond to the shooting at the Navy Yard because Obama doesn't trust U.S. Marines and had the ammunition for the Marines rifles removed off base. Not sure if the Marines bolts were removed from their rifle ?

Where is this "gun control system" in the Constitution?

A firearm is nothing more than a tool. It is no more harmful than a chainsaw, arc welder, screwdriver, or pipe cutter. Because of this, I make no apologies for my stark statement of belief that they should not be restricted by any other measure.

Proponents of firearm restrictions cling to the argument that firearms are more than a tool but rather instruments of destruction. They hold fast to the spoon-fed idea that firearms perpetuate crime while oblivious to the fact that there are literally thousands of ways to decimate human life or integrity. These same proponents of humanity ignore history while believing that we are somehow on the cusp of utopia while women are being genitally mutilated in some African countries, slave labor exists around the globe, children being sold for sex, and nearly a million displaced migrants globally fleeing oppression. All this grandstanding against a lawful citizens right to defend themselves against such oppression and equally giving no credence to the atrocities we all fear or have knowledge of.

In this way, by measuring the capacity of the tool, we in return do a disservice to humankind and ignore the lessons that history has taught us.

Oh... [whoops!] my tinfoil hat fell off...

Want to make the world a better place? Support your right to own a firearm before it's too late.

You fail to register your gun and get caught, you get your hand chopped off. THEN, you register your gun and we'll return it to you.

Why do you think that would deter criminals? In many parts of the U.S. anyone who misuses a gun while committing a crime will basically be sentenced to prison for almost the rest of their life. Yet there are still plenty of criminals who are not deterred because they have absolutely NO respect for the law.

You would only be deterring law-abiding gun owners. And what would be the point of that?
Oh yeah, that's right, you want to set things up all nice and tidy so it will be easy to confiscate them all.

First off, nobody wants one of their hands chopped off. Second, it's a signal to everyone that the criminal IS a criminal.

They are not law-abiding gun owners if they have not registered their guns. They are criminals.

It's funny how Liberals want more leniency in the criminal justice system, until it's someone who has violated one of their anti-gun laws. Libs will clamor for clemency for rapists and drug dealers, but not for an otherwise ordinary gun owner who has carelessly run afoul of one of the countless registration/permit laws.

That is because criminals are just victims of the man and since everyone is a victim, the only criminal can be an inanimate object.

There would be consideration for those who have been careless. Maybe it would be just the trigger finger for the first time careless.

I think if we are going to start removing rights we should go in numerical order starting with the first amendment.

Gosh that pesky constitution stops you again. NO cruel and unusual punishment. Forced amputation counts.

What if we first tried chopping the hands off of individuals that use guns to commit crimes. Lets see if that is a deterrent. After all isn't the real goal to cut down on violent gun crime?

Agreed. We're not responsible enough to handle a constitution.

Don't expect Libs not to call your bluff. Many of them would like to make illegal types of speech they don't like.

Already Piers Morgan has called for the prosecution of any ( White person) saying the N word. I wonder if he's listened to any rap music. No wonder we kicked these idiotic dolts out.
