As a open-minded person, I have been tired of the political correctness prevailing the modern political world. I always liked to say something, but I had concern - the truth I tell may "hurt" someone, which is considered offensive.

But a news I just read today made me feel to speak out, and only I, an ethnic Chinese, can loudly tell the truth this time. The new is:
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-37042475

According to current political atmosphere, that post would undoubtedly become a target of criticism. I just want to start with a real story: I once went for shopping with my wife (who is ethnic Chinese too), after getting out of the car we saw a Chinese kid in front of the supermarket. My wife naturally expressed without any thoughts: how ugly Chinese kids are (compared with western counterparts), despite the fact we both are "Chinese". I told her at the time, you are telling the simplest truth, though non-Chinese are not allowed to do so.

When it comes to aesthetics, shortly say, the sense of beauty that has been widely accepted across the world originates from the western world, which has largely overturned that in East Asia in the 20th century. If you don't know what I'm talking about, google some Geisha's pictures depicted in the old time (which were considered the East Asian standard of beauty at the time), and today's Geishas in Japan still persist with that style.

The aesthetics though is not my topic here. Rather I wonder why so many people are so sensitive, and ultimately weak, that has no courage to face the reality, to admit our own weakness or wrongdoing. If anybody says that, that's definitely "discrimination". We are not allowed to say, Chinese people are good at cheating/speculation, African American perform bad in academics, most non-muslim people dislike Muslim, indigenous people in Australia/New Zealand largely live on welfare or put into prison, all of which are absolutely truth, but we just can't say.

That's tell you why Trump became so popular (hang on, I'm not a Trump fan, just talk about this phenomenon), just because he's the first political person breaking the political correctness, thus favored by many.

I'm prepared to be condemned by political correctness.
