To repay the black community for their support over the years and to make up for the neglectful treatment by the Democrats, Biden and the Democrats MUST do at least these three things: 1. Provide for free college 2. Provide at least $50,000 in across the board student loan debt forgiveness 3. Provide for universal health care These three things will go a long way towards helping blacks escape from the poverty that afflicts the community. Not only that but it will help others at the lower end of the economic spectrum, be good for the economy because it will increase consumption, and will contribute to the domestic tranquility because it will reduce the effects of income inequality.
Actually I need to revise the second point. I was looking and the average cost of attended a state public college is a little over $25000 a year. Therefore there should be $100000 in student loan debt forgiveness, not $50000. $100000 would cover the cost of four years at such a school.
At a bare minimum. Also work very hard to eliminate systemic racism. Including working with local police departments to root it out. That could definitely be one of the the tasks Kamala could oversee.
You also have to add in dealing with systemic racism, and police brutality. A lot of things have to get done.
I see, since we are playing at fallacious, discriminatory identity politics, blacks should pay higher taxes and be subject to increased LE scrutiny due to the disproportionate number of violent crimes they commit per capita, and they should have their votes halved due to their disproportionate reliance on welfare per capita. Oh, you only want the positive side of discrimination based on false identity categories such as skin color or gender for favored voting blocs, not the other side of the bent coin? No surprise there. Or we could do away with all aspects of bogus identity politics permanently and reinforce instead beliefs and politics that are based on individual behaviors and character. We could call such an approach something like "the rule of law" or similar.
Didn't you get the memo? The Biden plan is to kick many less affluent Blacks and whites to the curb by increasing the minimum wage beyond the value anyone in the working class can produce. Then, he plans to open the borders to a mass influx of illegals who will work for a song and who he will control. Don't worry though. With Biden selling our farm production to feed 1.5 billion Chinese slaves, Americans won't have to worry about money. There will be nothing to buy.
And if Biden doesn't do these things to repay Blacks...well they are still voting for the Democrats in 2022 and 2024....but dog gone it they'll be angry while they do it! That'll show Biden!
We'll see. Clyburn gave Biden the Black vote despite Biden's history of racist comments. When Biden's racist policies throw Blacks out of their jobs and Blacks begin to once again feel the squeeze, I'm thinking the worm will turn.
Not sure that any legitimate "black voting history" was actually what was going on in large, corrupt urban political machines. Becoming more and more convinced of that daily. My district, for example, is comprised of about 65% whites, 20% Hispanic and 15% blacks. The white portion includes a very large contingent of middle of the road government employee and other Democrats 20-30% or so of local white voters... many of those in charge of our elections, retired school teachers and the like. Though we have our share of errors in elections from time to time, one embarrassing boondoggle in 2020, everyone involved is more or less honest. Our district votes 65-75% GOP and has for some time regardless of demographic shifts. That means quite a lot of minorities vote GOP here. Many such districts across the country. I realize that is anecdotal, but makes one wonder about what is really going on in the large urban areas and whether overwhelming black support of Democrats is actually the case in certain Democrat machine population centers.
