    We remember a man who if he was alive today would be kneeling along Kaepernick for the national anthem.

    We remember a man who cheated on his wife.

    We remember a man who participated in all night sex shows and orgies.

    We remember a man who sympathized with Communism.

    Let us all take a moment out of our day to Remember the man who this great holiday is about. What a day! And what a country we are to be celebrating such a wonderful man!

    Let's not forget his plagiarism also which included not only his dissertation for his PhD but many of his speeches as well.

    Had he been born later he would have been a TV evangelist but luckily he had the Civil Rights movement to use for his debauchery.

    Isn't that funny? We know every dirty detail on the people the left doesn't like, but when it comes to one of their very own folk heroes we only hear of their glowing, sterling reputations. That's what having a controlled media, Hollywood, and Academia has done.

    Someone on Twitter made a great observation on American/boomer conservatism.

    First they resist, then they capitulate, then they revise history.

    It's so true. They just make up **** about the past to make it look like they're the winners.

    If I hear one more conservative say MLK Jr would be a republican today I will lose it.

    Today's mainstream boomer conservative is pretty much identical to an average liberal back in the 1960's. They have ultimately conceded on every social issue since then, it just took them a little bit of time to catch up. That's really all their ideology stands for - a slower acceptance of liberalism. They never conserved anything.
